Ian Benardo, the one-time American Idol contestant, has sued producers of the show twice so far for allegedly forcing him to play up his gayness — something he must’ve been so ashamed to do that he even agreed to appear on the show’s finale doing his shtick. Last time he sued for $300 million and $100 million, both cases that were dismissed. Now he wants only $5 million, filing a new lawsuit in federal court on Friday. Who says Idol isn’t exciting without Cowell?
I think he needs to take that cock out of his mouth, it’s impolite to speak with your mouth full.

Dear Ian, Please become an ex-gay. Thank you.
·
Why is this fool still around? If he had a problem with Idol telling him to ‘Gay It Up’ he could have walked away from the audition.
·
Wow, someone needs to slap that piece of shit. Seriously, Idol telling you to act gayer than you really are, come on. Admit it you EMBERASSED yourself on National Television and EVERYONE at your local gay spots makes fun of you and talks all kinds of shit, because you perhaps acted like yourself on Television and now you can’t get any, except for your trusty Mr. Lefty or Mr. Righty and that bottle of lube. Next!

Aren’t we starting to get past the whole
“I don’t care if I look like an idiot, I just desperately have to get on TV.” phase?

Although this kid is absolutely ridiculous, I do have a slight amount of sympathy……wait, actually, I should say I have a slight angst against AI, because they probably did tell him to basically act as flamboyantly stereotypical as possible for a laugh at the queer moment that we see every season. And they probably did tell him if he didn’t, that he wouldn’t make the Hollywood phase of the show. So while this kid is ridiculous, let’s not miss the point of the lawsuit, which is anti-gay actions from American Idol.

I hope his legal bills don’t can his obvious need for a 3rd therapist, which if he’s good, will give this kid a severe uber invasive all american throw down.
