Thomas Beatle, “The Pregnant Man” to Have Second Child
Barbara Walters has the exclusive that Beatle, who had his first daughter, Susan, in June is once again pregnant. He chose not to go back on male hormone treatment after his first daughter’s birth so that he could have anothe child. Beatle is in his first trimester. [ABC]

Uhh. ‘He’s’ not a man. ‘He’ has a uterus and a vagina. Therefore, ‘he’ is a woman.
“He” is a freak beyond any measure.
I don’t see why people disapprove. Why? Is it “not natural”? Where have I heard that before.

@psy: I don’t disapprove. I just don’t see the need for all the publicity. Whatever ‘he’ might call himself, the reason he can get pregnant is because ‘he’ is a biological woman.

I’d like to congratulate you on the birth of your first child, Susan, and now on your newly impending birth to baby #2. I’m not sure why they’re making such a fuss over a loving couple who will love their family. Isn’t that what parenthood is all about? Two people loving each other, and sharing that love with their children?
People making a big deal over this, should not only examine the love in their own families, but think twice about why this concept of “FAMILY” is truly upsetting you. God made each and every one of us to live our lives & be happy about doing so.

Why is this news?!? It’s not like there’s a fetus gestating in his scrotum. Call yourself what you want, but IMHO, if you are currently using your ovaries, uterus and vaginal canal. You are a woman.
I find it so ironic that the people who have decried the backlash at black folk for “becoming the oppressors” – have become the oppressors themselves – at trans folk. Shame on you! If Beattie identifies as a man, then he’s a man, period. What he does with his body should have no bearing on that.
