Tim Gunn Was Nearly A Bullied-To-Death Teenager
Three things about Tim Gunn’s message to wee queers: 1) Great message buddy. 2) Didn’t know you tried killing yourself at age 17 by taking some 100 pills … that’s tragic, and I’m glad you didn’t succeed. 3) This is going to do wonders to ward off any backlash against you since you started getting so harsh.
I was so shocked to hear this! Tim seems like the type of person who has it all together and who has always had it all together! But it really shows that even the most successful glbtaq people have been through the hardships of bullying and being portrayed as a lesser caste. Its time for a change! “It Gets Better” is very inspirational and very much true but we need to get more people to support the GLBTAQ community instead of tolerating ingnorance!
