While Kevin Bacon leads the charge for more male full-frontal cinematic moments, Tom Hiddleston is warming up to the idea by starting with some ass appeal.
“It’s so often in movies that women are more naked than men and that’s unfair,” the actor tells E! News. “We wanted to sort of redress the balance.”
But social injustice isn’t the only reason Hiddleston is mooning audience members of his upcoming Gothic horror flick Crimson Peak.
“I didn’t have a problem with the nakedness because I felt that there’s always been a strain of sexuality in Gothic romance as much as there has been the fear of death and the threat of violence,” Hiddleston explained. “It’s a very violent film and I felt like we needed to balance that. So if we’re going to bring up the violence we needed to bring up the sense of sexuality.”
How about we take this to the next level?

Sex and violence, huh? When it works, it works.

Lame. There’s never been a shortage of rear male nudity. If he REALLY wanted to make a statement, he’d go frontal!

ooohh..I’d watch his ass. Handsome dude.
I saw the trailer for this film a few weeks ago. Looks very cool. And, now I know how I want to redecorate.

If his ass looks like his face then I don´t want to see it
Avery Alvarez
His voice and accent are hot

He is not very beautiful in the face. Is he beautiful in the ass department?

@Billy Budd:
Aww you don’t think so? I think he’s good-looking. The arrangement of the features on his narrow, just-this-side-of-gaunt face is very appealing.

If you have any choice in the matter, please don’t make videos automatically play. ANYWAY, it’s a butt, so what? It’s not that big of a deal. The movie does look really good though. II’ll definitely catch it.
The problem with male nudity is that male actors get scrutinized for their dick size. Terrence Howard got a lot of flack for his size not too long ago. I mean it’s no different for women who get scrutinized for their body. But despite the scrutinizing, women also get a lot of support from body/shape loving activist. NO one is proposing the love a small dick.
Billy Budd
@stranded: Come on, Viggo Mortensen has a very small dick and he has shown it with pride on many films. It is not something that will harm your career, a small dick.
Billy Budd
@Glücklich: On a second evaluation, I must admit he is not ugly by any means.
