A friend over at Lambda Legal informs us that California's Supreme Court will rule tomorrow on the state's ban on same-sex marriage. Lambda has already laid the groundwork for a noontime press conference at Ed Gould Plaza and a 7pm "community gathering" at the intersection of San Vicente and Santa Monica Boulevards in West Hollywood, an appropriate location…

We are hopeful, given the fact that the case was tried exactly as we planned and the justices' attention and legal questions were as sharp as ever.

Still, there were only two justices who were clearly in our favor by the nature of our questions. It could go either way.

Exciting as a resident of California. May keep me out of prison for not filing IRS taxes because of IRS tax code discrimination against same sex couples.(O Federal benefits) A long fight ahead.
