Towheaded Folk-Singing Brothers Take on Prop. 8 & Rick Warren

Brothers Ian and Eric Holljes of North Carolina are continuing in the great tradition of Woody Guthrie by creating folk music that speaks to the tenor and troubles of our time, with a song called "Chain on Love", that they call "a response to Proposition 8 and the opinion professed by Rick Warren and others." Beyond the entertainment value of watching cute boys sing out for marriage equality, you'll also get a lot of pleasure from the artful and ironic lyrics they've penned. Watch it after the jump.

Great song; powerful, well written lyrics. It'd be awesome if it really took off and everyone was singing it in their cars, at work and everywhere else.

I'm rather speechless. Sharing that with everyone and buying their album the moment it is released (if ever).
