Tropical Lawsuit
Two University of Hawaii students have filed a discrimination suit against the school, which refused them family housing because the state doesn’t recognize same-sex marriage. The students – Joseph O’Leary and Phi Ngo – say the University recognizes gay professors and should do the same for students, which doesn’t teach a very valuable lesson. [Edge]
