How refreshing and European! When you're honest, no one cares…
Exactly. So not a big deal.
I wonder why this article on Huffington Post, along with so many others there lately are closed to commentsor so heavily "moderated"? I'm glad to see not ever blog is suffering the heavy hand of the internet censors.
I find the new Governor's honesty and candor with his constituents refreshing. And I also agree that it is a good way to head off scandal. I think Spitzer was the victim of political persecution/prosecution on the part of a very partisan and politically corrupt Justice Department. Just like the former governor of Alabama, there's a lot more to the Spitzer story than high priced sex. Especially in view of Vitter's rather lenient treatment. Spitzer's investigations and attack on the banking and mortgage industries led to his timely demise. He had to be taken down before the Bear Stearns bailout.
