Uganda’s Top Officials Can’t Decide Whether Executing Gays Is Worth Their Time or Not

Uganda’s “government officials” (vague!) are supposedly looking for a way to ditch the Anti-Homosexuality bill, reports the blog Box Turtle Bulletin. Obviously, Ethics Minister James Nsaba Buturo, who loves himself some Kill The Gays legalese, didn’t get the memo, ’cause he’s refusing to budge.
