Unbelievable.

Does former New Jersey first lady Dina Matos-McGreevey, whose husband Jim retired after coming out as a “gay American,” really understand the ludicrous nature of her alimony argument? “Matos McGreevey wants child support for the couple’s 6-year-old daughter and alimony, including compensation for the 13 months she missed out on the lifestyle perks of the governor’s office. Earlier, her accountant testified that the gubernatorial lifestyle of the former first couple is worth $51,000 a month.” It’s almost as if she expected such a “lifestyle” when they married. And, yes, we’re calling her an opportunistic gold digger. [Philly]

Ok – what a complete idiot. Umm, did she expect him to be governor for life? She really is a freaking nutjob. Oh, and btw – $51000/month. The people of NJ should be quite proud. Maybe they can ask for budgetary cuts in order to bring that number more inline with today’s expectations!

Has anyone thought of the issue that she posits there is supposed to be some kind of better “lifestyle” for a governor and his/her family? I mean besides the “gay lifestyle”. Would does John Q. Public think of her idea that as wife of the governor she is entitled to live better than “the little people”? Let them eat cake!

I would bet she is not on New Jersey’s short list to head up public relations for the state.
