Russian President Vladimir Putin still isn’t sure why gay activists are following him with rainbow flags around the globe, he told reporters at a press conference in Yekaterinburg on Tuesday.
In unrelated news, Putin has announced he will sign a bill banning same-sex couples from adopting children in Russia while claiming “there is no discrimination” in Russia.
How many Russians does it take to put two puzzle pieces together?
“If such a law is passed by the Parliament of the country, I will sign it,” Putin said. “I think our legislation is very liberal in this way, and there is no discrimination, none at all.”
How about we take this to the next level?
Our newsletter is like a refreshing cocktail (or mocktail) of LGBTQ+ entertainment and pop culture, served up with a side of eye-candy.
Putin also went on to explain that “people of any preferences” are recognized at a state level. “I consider there are no problems here.” Perhaps he didn’t hear about the group of Russian activists arrested for peaceful assembly last week?
Putin then told a reporter agitating him that he “should be more tolerant and show less aggression…both to people of traditional and non-traditional orientation.”
Um, is he even hearing the words coming out of his mouth? That’s what we’ve been trying to tell him all along!!

Russia…going backwards yet again. And, lets face it, they started off pretty far behind to begin with. I won’t be vacationing there any time soon.

Putin is so latent! He tries too hard to prove how manly he is.

It’s shocking to me how ignorant Russians are about homosexuality. They are at least 60 years behind the times. No wonder Tchaikovsky prefered to travel and perform outside Russia. There are lots of gay people visible on Russian TV but they are like Liberace: no matter how obvious they are, they never come out and everyone pretends to think they are straight. This is infantile. Will Russia ever grow up?

” Will Russia ever grow up? “, you ask.
One day at a time is probably a good answer.
Let’s make sure we lead in this matter, and they’ll slowly follow.
Why ?, cause the “West is Best”.
We’re the “brightest light” in this dark world.
