The latest in the seemingly endless array of covers of Robin Thicke’s hit “Blurred Lines” is probably the greatest for not only that talented vocals and gender-switch of song lyrics, but also for the hot guys of Seattle boylesque troupe Mod Carousel werking sexy under gameness, makeup and pumps.
Like another parody of the video remade for women’s rights, this one also stands for more than just fun.
While other parodies ridicule the male body by swapping the gender roles of Thicke’s video, the group says “We made this video specifically to show a spectrum of sexuality as well as present both women and men in a positive light, one where objectifying men is more than alright and where women can be strong and sexy without negative repercussions.”

How about we take this to the next level?

I like this one much better than the other train wreck.

I thought they missed an opportunity here. If they were trying to match and compare to the video the problem is, that women topless is still shocking to an audience while men is not. To get the same reaction to the video the men should have gone bottomless. Otherwise it’s more cutesy than anything else.
