WATCH: Hundreds of Thousands Attend Rio Gay Pride Parade

On Sunday, November 18, more than half a million people celebrated along Copacabana Beach at Rio de Janeiro‘s 2012 Gay Pride parade. The 17th annual event was preceded by a week’s worth of festivities leading up to the big procession.

As an American Brazilian it is so disheartening to watch these Brazilian pride parades. Brazil has such an amazing musical heritage and to use such awful bad house music dreck for pride, is very saddening.
