Queerty is better as a member
lol..this is a joke right? Who didn’t know he wa…i gotta go lol..
I’m so shocked, I… I… I have no words
Ah…I think its cute and he is adorable. Good for him!
PS – And for all you bitchy queens, yes its pretty obvious hes gay but we should be celebrating that and not being nasty about it. I was much more flaming than that when I was his age – its part of being young and gay. Get over it!
Queen Latifah could learn from this young man.
Good on him! Next up, Joey Graceffa!
@Hillers: I really have no idea who Joey thinks he’s kidding. Time for that boy to come out already!
Adorable, both of them. I have no idea who they are, but I’m hooked now.
Finally a “feel good” story. I applaud this brave young man and all who he inspires.
@etseq: Ironic how someone who uses terms like “bitchy queens” thinks he can say something about being nasty… And by the way we’re being nasty with the title of the article, which suggests it was a secret, when in fact it is something obvious!
@Fael: …says the bitchy queen. I have nothing against being nasty to nasty people like you. What I can’t abide is being nasty to a cute little gay boy for being “too gay” for the likes of you. Get over it Mary…
Always wonderful to have a good friend with you when you come out to anyone.
Used to LOVE the Fred videos! Of course we all knew but could that coming out be any cuter?! Those two are adorable and such great role models for all those struggling queer kids out there. Go Fred and Jenn!
@etseq: Mnn. Being “flaming” is not “part of being young and gay.” Some gay men are effeminate, some are not.
The point everyone misses is that this kid has been well known among his peer group for years now…the boy they grew up with is gay…and we wonder why the younger generations are more tolerant.
@etseq: Wherever, just keep talking, that way we can see who is the nasty bitchy
I don’t care what anyone says–the Fred movies were hilarious.
That was actually kind of cute. She almost has a helium voice!
Oh wow… I used to watch his videos from Fred. Time flies on the internet!
@etseq: You are so right! Save me the trouble with your p.s. to the bitchy queens on here. Kudos!
Role models? Listen to the content. It’s so superficial. Most gay Youtubers seem to be celebrated for being air heads. It’s like the gay version of glorifying “dumb blondes.” So many of them reach millions and yet never talk of anything of substance. We need an LGBT version of the cartoon The Boondocks.
How wonderful…all of the small town kids who a generation ago had no hope now can look at the current generation and know that many of them will be spared the torment they endured with all of these famous people coming out and being happy. Kudos to them all!!!!!!
@Polaro: yeah: they are mad cute together. I’d rather watch them than the Kardashians!!!!
@etseq: I agree with you. There is no need for people to be nasty about this boy proudly proclaiming he’s gay. There are so many “obvious” gay men who still aren’t out OR actually may be straight, so him saying plainly that he is gay is wonderful~
@etseq: Couldn’t agree more. Why stereotype people. Seems to me straights do plenty of that for us.
@jmmartin: Ironically, the gay community is one of the most judgmental communities there is. Mostly to ourselves. It’s quite sad, indeed.
Good for him. Now if only he would kill off Fred, the most annoying character of all time.
About fucking time.
He has like seven different siblings. Are they mormon?
@Tone: YES! THIS!
They are SOOO freaking cute.
this news comes as no surprise to anyone who has ever seen one of his television shows.
Apropos bitchy and judgmental, I’d never heard of Joey Graceffa until today. Almost orgasm-ed until he opened his mouth. Nothing wrong with flaming, but not with a face and body like that.
@Eric Auerbach: Oh put a sock in it Mary. There is nothing wrong with being flaming or not – it is being true to yourself that matters. The problem with the so called “straight acting” crowd is that a lot of them are indeed “acting” and it reflects a femmephobia that is just recycled self-loathing. If you are naturally butch, more power to you but that doesn’t make you better than anyone else.
@Fael: You are real mature – I grew out of the “I know you are but what am I/ Nanny Nanny Boo Boo” stage of arguing when I was about 10 years old. It’s time for you to do the same and grow up….
@etseq: I never said it was wrong or right, I said some men are and some aren’t.
