WATCH: Matthew Camp & Tanner Cohen Go At It in “Getting Go”

Getting Go Key Art

Regular Queerty readers may recall last month’s quirky preview of the new Matthew Camp/Tanner Cohen film, Getting Go: The Go Doc Project. This unusual queer feature incorporates the clever narrative pretext of cruising a guy by pretending to make a documentary about him (note to self). Made on a shoestring budget raised via Kickstarter by the team that created the 2008 hit Were The World Mine (also starring Tanner Cohen), this latest venture has been building a similar cult status for its sexy stars, graphic opening sex scene, innovative cinematic approach and poignant depiction of the deepening relationship between its two protagonists (whose names are Go and Doc, hence the title). The film is out on VOD today and on DVD August 5th.
