In his 2011 short, “The Morning After,” British filmmaker Bruno Collins takes a familiar trope—the seemingly straight guy who wakes up next to another bloke—and gives it an original spin. Collins, a masters candidate at The University of Hertfordshire, has previously only made animated works—this is his first live-action effort. Part One is above, Part Two below.

For a student project, presumably on a student budget, this is remarkably well done. Interesting story, well written, and told well. The actresses didn’t do anything for me, but then that could be subjective.
