At a campaign rally turned hurricane relief drive in Kettering, OH, Mitt Romney avoided, according to reporters, 14 questions about the Federal Emergency Management Agency. In the past, he’s suggested shuttering in the past in addition to sending responsibility for disaster relief “back to the private sector.” Romney also said it would be “immoral” for the federal government to fund disaster relief efforts without cutting the budget elsewhere.

Why SHOULD he answer any questions?
He refused to turn over any older tax returns outside the last two…which were done WHILE he was running for president. Even his own FATHER who turned over 12 years said that only turning over a few years wouldn’t work because it was too easy to hide things.
He refuses to answer questions about when his time at Bain ended.
He refused to answer questions about the 22% failure rate of companies Bain invested in during his tenure, compared with the 8% failure rate of alternative energy companies that the Federal govt. gave grants to.
And yet the press just stopped asking and those issues went away.
So why should Romney bother answering anything? If he stays quiet the press lets him get away with it.

Mit wants to privatize FEMA. So only those who can pay will get help. My god! My grandparents couldn’t afford to fix their house if they lived in the middle of this. Do you really want someone who is a horse trader, like Bushes’s Michael Brown, to be responsible if you’re going to be able to rebuild your home or not? Do you really want Mit to put someone like Bushes’ Brown again to run FEMA? As Bush said to Mr Brown: Mit “you’re doing a fine job there.” Just because we are gay does not mean we have to bend over and take it. If Mit wins it will be with out lube.
