For its Fall/Winter 2013 video lookbook, Nasty Pig enlisted @LILINTERNET, who shot Spring/Summer 2013’s “iamNASTYPIG”, and models Conrad Heron, Justin Holmes and David Terzian for a demonic invasion of Fire Island Pines.
Featuring exteriors of homes designed by famed Fire Island architect Horace Gifford, the video depicts the duality of the Pines, contrasting its serene modern architecture with the wild nature inherent in its historic shores, while elaborating Nasty Pig’s theme for the FW2013 collection, “Personal Demon.”
“Everyone has that part of themselves that likes to make trouble – that little voice that lives to get wild,” said Nasty Pig CEO David Lauterstein. “Many unfortunately lose themselves to that impulse, and many try to deny it completely. But at Nasty Pig we love to take the opportunity to own it – to face your personal demon, acknowledge its power, and harness its strength.”
You can shop Nasty Pig at its flagship retail store in Manhattan or online at NastyPig.com.

Anyone (or any company) that thinks of themselves as a nasty pig seriously needs a therapist.

Pop Quiz….. Please describe what any of the models were wearing. I didn’t think so. I couldn’t either. I was too busy looking at the models faces and the “production” to notice the clothes. One would think that with a name like Nasty Pig, the company might want to go with more of a common man type of look and far less of an artsy production. Just a thought.

Beautiful men, beautiful architecture, beautiful scenes of nature.
I got a little aroused but not to buy clothes. Maybe that’s the point?
And are these clothes affordable, or are they priced for bazillionaires? I guess the website holds the answers.

The lame factor would have dropped significantly if they had filmed it ANYWHERE else.

I won’t listen to bad music and I won’t watch BAD video. Get a clue guys!

The clothes are relatively affordable (ie: it’s not $500 jeans), the look is sort of “bar slut” or “porn star chique”.
I just can’t get past the company name. It’s a complete turn-off to me. I guess I’m too prudish and not their target market.
