WATCH: Range-Blessed YouTube Star Sings The Parts Of Raoul, Christine, And The Phantom Of The Opera

True Phantom queens know that no one beats Michael Crawford when it comes to singing the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical’s classic tunes.

But we’ve gotta say: rising YouTube star Nick Pitera is impressing us with his range with this almost-viral Phantom of the Opera medley. Part-Mariah Carey, part-Michael Buble, he belts the parts of Christine, Raoul, and the Phantom with spot-on accuracy and bone-chilling tenderness. He also has slightly different outfits for each character’s third of the screen: a regular blazer for Raoul, a heart and vest for Christine, and a piped blazer for Phantom. So fashion-savvy.

He’s not just a range-blessed triple threat, either—did we mention he’s a talented Pixar animator to boot? Someone get this kid a gig on Broadway.

I discovered him a couple years ago; his cover of A Whole New World is amazing.
