Undies purveyor Andrew Christian is rolling out a series of cute holiday ads that blend humor, sexiness and product placements (Our three favorite things!)
In this one, Lady Gaga dancer Mike Munich seems to be missing the holiday spirit until a trio of scantily clad elves sneak in to deck the halls and put him in some gay apparel. That’s one present we can’t wait to unwrap!

How about we take this to the next level?
Our newsletter is like a refreshing cocktail (or mocktail) of LGBTQ+ entertainment and pop culture, served up with a side of eye-candy.

wow.. that is just… obnoxious!
Ted B. (Charging Rhino)
When did Falcon Studios start making underwear commercials? Now, if it had been Titan Video it would have been a lot more interesting, and better “toys”.

Just what the world needs more vapid gay bullshit. What kind of mind thinks this way? An empty one.
Max Astudillo
Great and funny to lift the soul and light the day…..
prohomo
@X78701: I honestly agree.
Ogre Magi
@X78701: @X78701: Don’t be such a Grinch! Where is your Christmas spirit!
Ron
Sort of fun looking, somewhat, but really cheesey. Quaint?
David Ehrenstein
Deeply shallow.
Aiden
@Ogre Magi: Same place as their dignity.
Zack
The elves are very cute and all, but we have seen this scenario before. I know its meant to sell underwear but how about a scene where the gay elves help someone less hot living in a average home.
Aaron in Honolulu
Vapid, half-ass, and self-indulgent. When we hear “Andrew Christian” and “underwear ad” in one sentence we already assume there will be athletically-built men in skimpy underwear. If the director can’t go beyond this assumption or creatively ad to it, what’s the point?

Oh, how I do love Queerty! What do I really expect from this page on Christmas Morning if not snark, bitchiness, mean-spirited critisism, and self-rightous pearl-clutching. Merry Christmas all you do-better-know-better Grinchy bitches!
Phillipe
@X78701:
I agree with you.
Phillipe
@Aaron in Honolulu:
Really good comment.
Aaron
@Aaron in Honolulu: Aaron, take a look at their other ads. Now look at the view counts.
Any of the videos that is anything BUT a vapid, straightforward celebration of cute guys dancing around has barely gotten hits.
In fact, if they had done an ad that was less blatantly campy, do you really think it would be featured on this blog (or any others).
Blame the people only watching the shallow ones that perpetuates more of them being made. Let’s not pretend anyone would give a crap about ones that trying to be meaningful or artsy.
danceformebaby
the comments from you people are what are vapid and obnoxious
this commercial is fun and has a lot of spirit that has made a lot of people smile this holiday season
it was all over facebook with so many great comments
i really don’t understand why so many gay people are so bitter and want to complain about everything.
prohomo
@danceformebaby: You’ve got to be kidding me?! This video has a “lot of spirit”??! Try vain, self-absorbed pretty queens that sexualize everything, only talk to their own kind, etc. and you’ll see what most of us see. The truth.
Gus
@Aaron in Honolulu: Sexy sells.
Gus
@Zack: Who would want to watch THAT ?
howdy
lol…@zach
do you really think anyone wants to watch an average looking guy in an average home in their underwear
get real!
underwearblog
@prohomo:
ummm…i think that the elves are pretty average looking actually? am i missing something here?
you seem really upset about this video…lighten up!
Steven
@prohomo: “Only talk to their own kind”?
Sounds like someone is bitter the pretty guys don’t paying enough attention to them.
It’s was a fun, cute video. It’s not supposed to change the world.
makeme
It is a holiday video about underwear people, not a political statement. Seriously, lighten up ! It is super cute!
