JUST FOR LAUGHS

WATCH: Trans Web Comedy Series, “The Switch” Turns On The Jokes

Sü, the star of the new web series The Switch, was an upwardly-mobile software manager until she came out as a trans woman—promptly losing both her job and her apartment. Sü soon finds herself calling in whatever favors she can and sleeping on her ex’s couch, “at the unfashionable bottom of the rabbit hole that is the East Vancouver Queer Underground.”

The producers of The Switch initially launched a Kickstarter to get their series off the ground, but have recently found alternate funding sources and will soon start a YouTube channel to make The Switch available to a wider audience.

Until then, check out the first episode detailing the misadventures of its heroine.
