We Are Golden: Alec Mapa Wants To See You At Hollywood’s Night Out For LifeWorks

Get ready for THE show of the year! Open Artist with Open Arms is once again putting on their benefit show, “We Are Golden,” a part concert, part theatrical experience and a complete celebration of diversity. This year’s show, “We Are Golden,” is on Monday, September 27, 2010 at the Arena Nightclub and benefits LifeWorks, a youth mentoring program at the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center.

Alec Mapa, emcee extraordinaire and overall funny guy, hosts this electrifying show. For those of you who have seen him on The View, Ugly Betty, and Desperate Housewives, you know that he brings it and makes every appearance an unforgettable event.

The incredible line-up of artists include singer Carmit (solo artist formerly of The Pussycat Dolls) bringing her vocals and sass, Beat Freaks (MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew) unleashing some hot, mesmerizing moves, and celebrity choreographer and dancer, Brian Friedman, but what he’s doing, we can’t say just yet. Stay tuned as we release more exciting news!

For the complete rock star experience, get yourself to the VIP Lounge with premium open bar, food, and a very special performance by renowned artist, Jody Watley, who is ONLY performing during the VIP Lounge hours.
