Do you want to live in a world where straight people talk like gay men? If your first answer is: “YAAAAAAAASSSSSSS, QUEEN,” then you need to watch this video now.
Our new favorite YouTuber Michael Henry is ditching the homoeroticism (but not the humor) for his new video, which introduces us to a wonderful world where straight girls use phrases like “DDF” when they’re talking to guys and your mom is “gagging” when you meet her for coffee.
Honestly, we’re not even sure if we’re that into it when gay men talk like gay men, so we’re definitely not here for hearing it from straight folks. We will say that seeing a straight girl randomly look around asking for “G” is as good an anti-drug PSA as you’ll see this week.
Check it out below, and thank heavens that you only have to hear this when you walk into a gay club…or watch RuPaul’s Drag Race.
How about we take this to the next level?
Our newsletter is like a refreshing cocktail (or mocktail) of LGBTQ+ entertainment and pop culture, served up with a side of eye-candy.

So gay men talk differently than straight men ???
jack512
All gay men don’t talk any certain way. Get out into the real world and meet real gay men and not just the stereotypes that you think exist.

@Daniel James: My best friend is straight. He talks about eating pussy. I talk about buttfucking. We laugh a lot together.

As Mother RuPaul might say, “Sissy that talk!”

@Terrycloth: I swear I too don’t know who Felicia is or what “Bye Felicia” is from! I’m guessing a TV show …? Someone tell me.

Unfunny and…just unfunny.

Thankfully none of my gay friends talk like this. Is it just an American thing or perhaps it is just those who are totally entrenched in the gay scene that talk in such an affected manner.
Watched an American documentary last night called ‘Do I Sound Gay’ where this one guy seemed concerned about is gay speech patterns. He seemed to be a total scene queen and all his friends talked that way as well so I guess it depends on who you hang out with.

well some of us have a switch we turn off, or at least we think we do.

I’m waiting for the comment where someone says “this is why straight people don’t like us”.
I’m really disappointed by people thinking having your own language, no matter how overused, overdone, and tired it may be. Shut the fuck up and let live goddammit! I swear you’re the first ones to yaaassss queen after every sentence from now on…

I thought the world where straight people talk like gay men was Sex and The City.
