West Virginia Senate Passes Gay Anti-Discrimination Bill

capitalwv“The West Virginia Senate has approved a bill that would protect state citizens from discrimination base on sexual orientation. The bill was approved by senators on Friday. The legislation must still be approved by the House, where it did not pass last year. If the legislation is passed, people would be protected from being fired or denied housing because of their sexual orientation.” [WTRF-7]
