Derence Kernek and Ed Watson, in a video produced by the Courage Campaign, tell their brief story of spending 40 years together and hoping one day soon they’ll be able to wed. Especially because Ed has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. And the only thing that could be worse than being a second-class citizen is forgetting the memories you made in a relationship that makes you second-class.
