The Cheesecake Factory, a chain restaurant that we hoped would invade every corner of America with its delicious goodness, will pay $345,000 to settle charges it knowingly tolerated male kitchen workers’ sexual harassment of other male staffers at a Phoenix-area location. Those male staffers “lived in fear,” according to a statement from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, which helped bring an end to the 16-month-lawsuit. Not that Cheesecake admitted any wrongdoing in making the payout.
In my opinion, we need to stay out of the Cheesecake Factory altogether. That place is hell on the waistline.

That, and their food is overpriced and bad.

I remember at the Chicago one I was stuffed full on just the starter. I couldn’t even make a dent in the main course. and I can eat, believe me.

Was in the one at the Grove here in LA once. Obviously a hang out for straight fat people eating themselves to death. (I mean fat as in their own gravitational system.) I dunno, as long as WE stay outta there, maybe it’s a win/win for us. LOL!

Oh, of course not! They are never wrong when they settle, its just a nuisance settlement to avoid the expense and hassle of going to court.
