Last week Last Comic Standing‘s adorable hetero Myq Kaplan (he’s got a girlfriend, so shhh) talked about how being “gay friendly” made him “straight angry.” Well Myq (pronounced “Mike”) certainly knows his niche: gay jokes.

On last night’s episode he won us over with a theological argument about gay marriage — and how, when America was deciding on whether to let women vote, nobody had such ridiculous concerns.
And then there’s Felipe Esparza, who’s jealous of his gay brother. Because he’s so good looking. Funny stuff!
How about we take this to the next level?
Our newsletter is like a refreshing cocktail (or mocktail) of LGBTQ+ entertainment and pop culture, served up with a side of eye-candy.

Two great examples about how straight guys can talk about the gays in comedy and it’s funny, not offensive.

@asa1973: yeah, they were very tasteful. I can’t say I mind a good offensive joke, though, as long as it’s delivered with irony or sarcasm.
