White House 'Disappointed' In Craig
Decide Not To Get Involved In Drama
 

Governmental flack Scott Stanzel released the White House's first statement on Senator Larry Craig:

We're disappointed in what's going on. It's a matter for the Senator and the Senate Republican leadership to address. We hope that it will be resolved quickly, as that would be in the best interests of the Senate and the people of Idaho.

Funny, the White House usually loves squeezing the Senate. Surely VP Dick Cheney, President of the Senate, will be involved in the matter. Maybe he's not big on gossip, or something…

Did anyone notice that in his press conference, Larry Craig said, “Thank you all for coming out today…” He on the other hand did not come out:
