Whitney's One Proud American
 


In honor of this, America's independence day, we'd like to feature one of our favorite Americans, Whitney Houston, singing America's national anthem, "The Star-Spangled Banner". The video comes from 1991's Super Bowl, as the Gulf War came to a close. How far we've come, huh?

    I'm not a huge Whitney Houston fan but I've always felt hers was the best version (at least by a celebrity) of the SSB that I've ever heard.
