In my opinion people who are sue happy are guilty.

Tom Cruise – sued everyone and their mother for saying he was gay. Made a huge deal about it. I think the lady doth protest too much.

Then there’s Matthew Mchonohey (I can’t spell his name to save my life). There were rumors that he and Lance Armstrong were a gay couple. His response, “We tried it. Wasn’t for us” hee hee, haa haa,and the media has moved on.

If you are innocent of the things people are saying about you, then you don’t need to make a big stink about it because it’ll go away if there’s no evidence to support it. I don’t know why people think suing, etc. is the way to go. To me, just makes you look even more guilty.

Is it bad that i’m scared to even comment on this story about HKS’ aparent homosexual relationship? I guess that’s what happens when you sue everyone in sight.

Such double standards. If a man watches two women getting it on, society would say “that’s a healthy sign of heterosexuality”. Pig’s ass it is. If a man watches two women, he’s watching homosexual activity. It’s a fetish, and certainly not a sign of his heterosexuality.

No, the ridiculous thing is that if you reversed the sexes in this case and had a girl suing over a guy possibly watching her with another girl the only thing the judge would say is, “Where’s the tape?” Double standards are fun.
