If Fab.com is the Facebook for fabulis gays, then what is OutMilitary.com? The Facebook of fabulis servicemembers — or at least it wants to be. Even though Don’t Ask Don’t Tell isn’t yet officially dead, and military advocates aren’t recommending gay soldiers come out just yet, it’s getting safer to post your profile on the site, which aims to connect gay, lesbian, and bi personnel who might be looking for a fling or something more serious while stationed abroad or at home. Just be forewarned: the last reported membership numbers are only in the double digits, so for now your best bet for finding lust or love in Kandahar might still be Grindr. And for now, even the site’s founder John McKinnon is warning members not to post anything too revealing.
