Why Don’t We Just Let Kieran Daly’s Accused Marine Gay Bashers Walk?

Cpl. Keil Cronauer, one of two Marines accused of gay bashing Savannah’s Kieran Daly, who was left unconscious in the street after he supposedly “winked” at them, no longer faces even a misdemeanor charge of battery, with Judge Clair Cornwell-Williams declaring there’s no evidence Cronauer struck Daly. His alleged co-conspirator Lance Cpl. Christopher Stanzel still faces misdemeanor charges. But great news: They could still get Cronauer on a disorderly conduct charge! So that’s, uh, great, right?

It’s the guys at Queerty who deserve a good punch for saying Imus deserved his cancer because of his “nappy-headed hoes” comment, and then saying not a word when Imus came out in support of gay marriage.

While on the subject, what is it about Marines that makes most gay men just want to drop to their knees?

Which one is which – is the ugly, inbred looking one on the right walking or the other one?

In any case this is no shock — it is Georgia after all. Gay-bashing marines get a gold star there, don’t they?

Seriously though, what the hell kind of tough guys can’t handle a damn unwelcome wink? I’ve been groped against my will and haven’t responded with that kind of violence. They are not worthy of their uniform. I’d love if women could take a tire iron to every guy who hit on them and then were able to skate on a “straight panic” defense.

You know nothing, Wompman. You’re more likely to get gaybashed in NYC than in sophisticated Savannah, Georgia. (Though when Kieran Daly got smacked in the head in January it was because he caused a road rage incident and called the truck driver the “n” word).

http://www.queerty.com/did-mar.....-20100622/ As you can see Queerty is aware of the full story of Daly’s “unsavory past” so why they play dumb about it now is another Queerty fail.

Sure somethingelse – where is the link to gaybashers in NYC that are celebrated and allowed to skate? Right, I thought so.

And the “she asked for it” defense should have gone away about 40 years ago, so it is well past time to drop it.

According to Georgia law, the misdemeanor charge of simple battery carries a 12 month jail time and a $1000 fine, typically reduced to 6 months and as low as $300, unless it’s a “high and aggravated nature” misdemeanor. It also can include resitition fees to the victim for his $25,000 hospital bill. And he can be sued in civil court. And this goes on Stanzel’s record when he looks for a job.

This guys wife’s family seem insane, hence they troll every comments section and defend gay bashing. Bunch of fat, fugly, backward, HICKS. Why can’t Southern people stick to what they do best and sleep with their siblings while eating McDonalds and shopping at Walmart till their lil’ ol’ hearts stop. But then again…when you believe in fairies in the sky……

Not all Marines are heros. Many are bullies who want to bully in a legal way, hence joining. Not all of them are noble just because they serve. These two thugs will hopefully enjoy a life full of misery, jobless and just eliminated from society in a jail somewhere where they belong. Hope it was worth it boys. Now this tarnishes your records and reputation with one nifty Google search for life. If you think the gay community stands for being bullied- think again. Not in 2010.

Breeders: all they know to do is breed brats, and wish they led our lives. and they TOTALLY have an inbred look to them. Then again…Goergia. lol

We all know what these vile gaybashers look like. Can we treat them the same way as they treated that gay guy? I’m sure we can. It’s not a crime in Georgia after all?

@IonMusic07: You said it. General Sherman did those cracker breeder pig fuckers a favor. They’re not just breeders, but inbreeders as well.

When discussing the proper penalty for gay bashers, I think we should forget the U.S. Constitution and go back to the Code of Hammurabi. Cut off their hands.
