Good news for Don’t Ask Don’t Tell hater Sen. Kirsten Gillbrand: Rep. Carolyn Maloney won’t challenge the fill-in New York senator in next year’s election. Is Maloney ditching the race because she wants to maintain her seniority in Congress? Or because Gov. David Paterson, Sen. Chuck Schumer, and even President Barack Obama told her to stay away?
