It’s not just that Mexico City’s tourism board has offered Argentina’s first gay couple who gets married under the new law a honeymoon that’s significant — but that Mexico’s capital city, which itself legalized same-sex marriage, is doing it so publicly, as a purposeful stab for publicity.
