After jumping to the Republican side last week, the Democratic senator re-swore his allegiance to the Democrats, leaving Democrat Pedro Espada Jr. still with the Republicans — and giving the Senate an even 31-31 split with just four days left in the legislative session. Sorry, gay marriage.
