(Wondrous) Words…

"Don’t get me started. She’s the anti-Wonder Woman. She’s judgmental and dictatorial, telling people how they’ve got to live their lives. And a superior religious self-righteousness … that’s just not what Wonder Woman is about. Hillary Clinton is a lot more like Wonder Woman than Mrs. Palin. She did it all, didn’t she?" – Wonder Woman actress Lynda Carter on Republican vice-presidential nominee Sarah Palin. [Philly Mag]

Wonder Woman must have had a HUGE closet, she ruined an outfit every time she spun around.

And isn't Lynda married to a Republican politician? Even the reasonable Republicans think Palin is a loser.

I think Lynda Carter is a Democrat who has been involved with Latino/a Democratic causes in the past. I remember reading a report about how Carter grew up in a poor Latino family and made her way to success through beauty pageants and acting.

I thought she was a Republican too, but the FEC web site indicates that, aside from donating to Bob Dole in 1987 and a congressional candidate in 1994, she's been a pretty consistent supporter of Democrats. Check it out here: http://www.newsmeat.com/celebr.....Carter.php
