The picture Ben authorized Rick Day to SHOOT was of him PULLING HIS UNDERWEAR DOWN. No one pulled Ben’s underwear down for him. (And Ben, get real, you knew Rick’s work was the hottest photography of the gay community, Mr. Abercrombie! No straight-targeting photos show a guy like you pulling his underwear down like you did. Honestly, the shot of you was not nearly as hot as the others. Why don’t you just admit that you are a greedy, sue-happy American who needs cash and has acted opportunistically. You hang out at Next all of the time, and you have been at many gay bars among your gay friends and gay roommate. Shame on you. All of the Photo Editors and Art Directors in New York will black list you NOT because you were in a gay magazine, BUT because of this unusual suit that you are filing and the hate against gay people you are perpetuating.

The only story about this guy I want to hear about is when the court throws out his case. Or maybe when he comes out as gay and confesses that this whole mess was his way of dealing with his gay guilt. I agree 100% with Pure and Simple, what magazine did he think would run a picture of a guy pulling down their underwear other then a gay lifestyle mag?

If this asshole thinks its that photo that is making him look gay he needs to think again. He’s acting like a bigger victim than Sarah Palin at a post Katie Couric interview political rally. Ben, theres a saying, if it smells like shit, looks like shit, tastes like shit, its probably shit. If you live with gay people, hang out with gay people at gay places, work in a gay industry and your closest friends are gay, well you take it from there dumb ass cause I have a feeling the judge will.
