Worked Up…

America, you need to take a chill pill: "The home of a Central Florida Republican headquarters manager was shot up and damaged over his support of Sen. John McCain, the man told police. Rog Coverely said several pellets pierced his Longwood home. Coverely showed several spiderwebbed-holes in the front windows of his home. The Republican manager said he is convinced he was targeted because of new McCain signs he added around his home." [WKMG]

Feh.

How do we even know that's why they shot the guy's house up? I don't like McCain, either, but that's pretty over the top.

Why is my gut reaction that this guy shot a pellet gun at his own house? Too many Republicans have played too dirty during this campaign for me to believe this.

Okay ladies, let's all have a civil discussion about this, please. Keep in mind that unprovoked violence is always reprehensible.

I will be pulling my McCain signs down if he somehow pulls this out. I fully expect rioting if Obama loses and worse yet if some nutcase shoots him.

until police find out who did this, i don't accept that it was done by an obama supporter. i'm from chicago, see, and we've had stuff like this happen all the time around elections, and often, though not always, the violence was perpetrated by the 'victim' or someone who wanted it to seem as though the 'victim' was targeted because of support of that candidate. we've got a couple weeks' worth of weirdness left, so i will have a bowl of many grains of salt at my side for news like this.

I think the party faithful are trying anything they can in the face of looming defeat. This might get a few extra votes for McCain.

Boy, all the hate they drum up and unleash backfires (no pun intended) and they can't handle it…Really, what do they expect? (in a childish whine): THEY starrrrrted it!! LMAO

Sounds like a publicity stunt to me, and another desperate attempt by Republicans to turn the election in there favor. The Republicans are truly the party of the white trash of America.
