Wyoming’s State Lawmakers’ Tricky Way To Push Through Out-Of-State Gay Marriage Ban

Wyoming’s House Bill 74, which would strip away recognition of legal same-sex marriages from other jurisdictions, is moving forward with a 7-2 vote through the Education Committee (and not, it’s no coincidence, via the less friendly Judiciary Committee) that now puts it in front of the House. According to the rules there, a series of three full House votes approving the bill are needed before it moves to the Senate. Lead sponsor Rep. Owen Petersen is wetting himself.

Rep Owen Peterson will probably get arrested for child molestation pretty soon.
