Or comented on the overwhelming apathy of the 'west' when it comes to Africa as echoed by the comments on the post in question. Highlighting this might have shed some light on the apathy of organisations like the un on issues regarding the HUMAN RIGHTS of the queer community as most gross violations of these human rights usualy take place in third world countries this topic might have been slightly relevant if the author had opted to take some stance as to what this implies about the ‘english language’ press. Or comented on the overwhelming apathy of the ‘west’ when it comes to Africa as echoed by the comments on the post in question.
