Occupation: I also gogo dance at The Abbey and for Mario Diaz and have been active gogo dancing in LA for the last 11 years.

Favorite Gym: Equinox Miracle Mike

Favorite Workout Song: I love to listen to Hard with Style Podcast.

Favorite Workout Food: Apple and peanut butter. Banana and some almonds. Blended smoothie with plant-based protein powder.

Favorite Workout Outfit: Anything from JJ Malibu and Adidas Ultra Boost.

How do you balance staying in shape and having fun? Staying in shape is fun for me! I gogo dance and have an OnlyFans page so that keeps me motivated to stay in shape.

Useful Workout Tip: Stay consistent with your workouts and you will see results much quicker.

What do you keep on your nightstand? My husband’s belongings. I don’t have a nightstand my bed is in the corner and my husband uses the only nightstand we have.
