Adam Lambert has never been shy when it comes to talking about his love life, or lack thereof.
“I haven’t been in a relationship for about five years,” Lambert told Gay Star News last June. “I’ve been working and traveling quite a bit so dating is temporary and transient.”
“What’s hard is attempting to see each other again–especially after just a first date,” he continued. “That’s a lot of expectation and pressure to place on someone. Flying to another country for a second date is understandably intimidating.”

Well, it looks like he’s finally found a guy willing to fly from country to country to country just to be with him because this week, the American Idol alum confirmed his relationship with model Javi Costa Polo on Instagram.
Lambert shared three totally adorbz photos of him and Polo together, along with the caption: “LUV U.”
To which Polo responded, “I love you.”
Asked by a follower in the comments section if this meant the guys were “finally” making things official, Lambert replied: “Honey we have been official for months. IG isn’t the gatekeeper of our truth!”
Javi also took a moment to share a snapshot of himself alongside Adam, captioning it with lyrics of his song If I Had You: “But if I had you, that would be the only thing I’d ever need.”

Chris Allen was the name. And he’s done nothing since he won. This year there seems to be quite a few gays trying to win the American Idol. While several seems to be good enough, the right wingers won’t vote for them because they’re gay. Sad.

Er no, Adam Lambert was not “out gay” when he was on American Idol. Some photos from Burning Man suggested that he was gay but he refused to confirm the rumors. Lambert didn’t come out publicly until he was off the show.
The winner was Kris Allen (not Chris Allen, who was a gay porn star in the 80s) — a VERY devout Christian who did several years of missionary work and was a campus ministry leader. And he was also Adam Lambert’s roommate on American Idol. After coming out, Lambert remarked that it was just his bad luck that he had to room with the cutest guy on the show. People didn’t know how the religious Allen would react but he took the comment with good humor. Was it just his public reaction, or was Allen really okay with gays? Several years later, Allen performed at a benefit for The Trevor Project, an advocacy group for gay youths, proving that the nice guy persona is genuine.

Bryguyf69 Er, wrong. NOBODY on that season of Idol was permitted any interviews until after the finale. He didn’t refuse anything. Did the Rolling Stone article to make the big splash as soon as he was contractually permitted. He had been publicly out since graduating high school and everyone knew it. And NO it wasn’t just Burning Man photos but many kissing guys he was dating. Furthermore, he and Allen made tons of gay jokes on the tour before the Rolling Stone article when they were permitted to do video blogs. One in particular regarding the bunk bed situation on the bus “I like to top.”

We’ve really gotten to a point that no matter what someone does, people will complain. If he didn’t mention he’s dating someone, the complaints would be “Why is he hiding his relationship?” He’s dating someone, it’s “Why is he sharing his private life?”
