With the release of her album ‘Till Death Do Us Party,’ RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 6 contestant Adore Delano has broken a RuPaul’s Drag Race Billboard charts record. The single has sold more copies in its first week than any other previous Drag Race contestant and debuted at number 59 on the Billboard Dance/Electronic Albums chart.

According to Nielsen SoundScan, the album sold over 5,000 copies in its first week (ending on June 8), which is the biggest first week sales log of any former RuPaul’s Drag Race contestant.

Previously, the biggest sales week for a single or album by a Drag Race competitor was in 2013, when Willam Belli’s “Boy Is A Bottom” single debuted with just over 3,000 downloads sold.
