“I hate to say this, but men need to shut up defending him and listen to the women’s pain. The cover seems to be ‘if it is true’ and I am so disappointed in my Republican peers who continue to support him. We have seen this too many times, a so-called Christian falling from that pedestal. We are witnessing women finding their voice and shouting together for change.”— Rep. Patricia Todd (D-Alabama) to the Washington Examiner, discussing the allegations and backlash against State Senate candidate Roy Moore.

Patricia Todd lacks empathy for the male homosexual condition in my view. As a woman, she can never hope to fully comprehend the horrible persecution suffered by homosexual men at the hands of both men and women.
Many homosexual men abhor false accusations that lead to persecution. That is why many are supporting Roy Moore.
Patricia, go away.

“Homosexual behavior is a ground for divorce, an act of sexual misconduct punishable as a crime in Alabama, a crime against nature, an inherent evil, and an act so heinous that it defies one’s ability to describe it.” – Roy Moore 2002

I think that almost all gay men abhor false accusations that lead to persecution. I, at least, don’t know any of us who don’t, but I’m sure one of us somewhere does because of simple statistics. (There are idiots in every population.)
One of the reasons we hate false accusations and persecution is because of Roy Moore.
The garbage Roy Moore spouts about LGBT people is simply an effort to get public endorsement for his actual, and planned, persecution of us.
This is why no one here who is sane is supporting Roy Moore. You, I suspect, are nothing but a troll, and while I hate to give you a hint, I will: Nobody who is actually a part of our community describes us, or our issues, with the wording you use.
Your comments are those of a self-identifying straight person, probably a woman, who is trying to sound like she’s part of a community she actually hates.

NOM, NOM, NOM. Gallgher has time on her hands. NOM realizes if they undo identity protections, the stolen seat on the Supreme Court, Neil Gorsuch, may find it easier to wallow in originalism and vote down the inalienable rights of USA’s unpopular citizens. Brian is a NOM-skull who chips away at identity. Hoff is a white, middle-aged, 35 pounds overweight Breitbartian. Neither are friends to our community. Both are trolls. Hoff is the worst of the two because he defends child molesters for political expediency by attempting to discredit the victims. Do I believe that detectives, hired by Super Pacs, are digging up dirt on politicians and the moguls who support them? Yes. Squeaky-clean wins the race. If one is going to subject themselves to the scrutiny of the public, squeaky-clean wins the race. This toxic clean-up is long overdue. The Republicans who support Roy Moore need to be drummed out.

“Hoff is a white, middle-aged, 35 pounds overweight Breitbartian…Hoff is the worst of the two because he defends child molesters for political expediency by attempting to discredit the victims”
Where are you getting this information that I’m middle-aged and overweight? I’m 28, I workout 5 days a week, and I’m in great shape. Not sure where you’re getting that information.
The only one who defended a child molester was you, back when this story was written: https://www.queerty.com/openly-gay-seattle-mayor-ed-murray-accused-molesting-15-year-old-boy-20170407

And now you’re a lying troll. bye, duffer.

Here’s the comment that has Hoff in a huff, #1 “Your koch bros check will be in the mail.” #2 “Deep pocket money knows 2018 is important. Are they doing deep background checks of Democrats, their competition, to thin out the herd?”
Plausible. I still think this is plausible.
This young girl in Alabama was accompanying mom to a divorce lawyer, not some strung-out twink who cleaned up his life. Big Difference. Roy Moore is sickening and so are you for discrediting her.
mhoffman953
@1EqualityUSA
How am I the one lying when you lied about what I look like?
You discredited the Democrat in Seattle who had similar accusations against him by saying the motivation was “deep pocket money” or the “Koch brothers”. If your accusations in that case were true, why wouldn’t the opposite be potentially true in this case? The only difference in that case and this one, is that in the Seattle case, it was reported when it happened.
You’re being hypocritical now and lying about my appearance to deflect. Maybe you were describing your own appearance, I don’t know.
1EqualityUSA
Troll. Poof!
mhoffman953
@1EqualityUSA
Wow, that was some response. Since you had to lie about my appearance, I’m now curious as to what you look like. I pretty much have a general idea

What a shock, all of Mo Bro’s screenames are out desperately trying to change the subject from the fact that Anti-lgbt bigot Roy Moore, who said that the Supreme Court of the United states should be ignored to protect his hatred and bigotry, molested a 14 year old girl.
Sorry trolls, I know you HATE it when the topic gets back on track.
JMO
So Jaxton do you have a problem with women in general?
Patricia Todd lacks empathy for the male homosexual condition?!?! Forgetting for a moment you have a problem with women and lesbians; in essence you’re calling the 4 women accusers liars. Women who did not know each other, who had nothing to gain from coming forward, but thought it was finally time Roy Moore was unmasked.
Jaxton – you need some self-reflection BIG TIME. I bet you probably voted for Trump too. He’s doing such a great job of bringing the country together and protecting minority, women, gay, etc. rights.
NOT!! Jaxton – I hope you heal.
As for Patricia Todd……she’s 100% right and America needs more voices like hers.
Jaxton
Patricia Todd would not like to be smeared, would she?
JMO
Jaxton your comment “Patricia Todd would not like to be smeared, would she?” Can you read? Is it a bridge too far to assume you can?? When I said: “Patricia Todd lacks empathy for the male homosexual condition?!?!” I was restating what you wrote in a sarcastic manner. Did that go over your head? I ended my comment with “Patricia Todd….she’s 100% right and America need more voices like hers.” How is that a smear?!? You either have a room temp IQ or maybe English is your second language as you’re a Russian bot.
Jaxton
Women don’t understand male homosexuality. They persecute it. It’s a gender power thing.
Gay men should stop taking the woman’s side on this.
JAWIWA
@Jaxton isn’t gay. He’s some idiotic misogynist troll. Don’t feed the trolls.

Personally I think Roy Moore is crazy and I originally believed the accusations but there is some suspicious information coming forward.
One of his accusers is a woman named Deborah Wesson Gibson. The Washington Post alleged that all of Moore’s accusers are conservatives and Republicans but Gibson is actually a very liberal Democrat who has been volunteering on Moore’s opponent’s campaign. She previously worked on the Clinton campaign and worked as a sign language interpreter for Joe Biden.
Now there is a Facebook post floating around from Leigh Corfman’s neighbors (she’s the other accuser). In their Facebook post it says that she accused at least 3 pastors of making sexual advances at her and was found not to be credible by the District board. Then in 2007 tried to sue another pastor for sexual advances.
I still think Moore is crazy but I’m now on the fence about the accusations
1EqualityUSA
sickening hypocrites. Bannon is supporting this creep, as are you with this post. You all are such trolls. Creeps, the whole lot of you. ew.
JMO
Hey mhoffman953 – did you actually READ the full article in the Washington Post?!? Probably not. No, you’re either a Russian troll bot, or someone with a room temperature IQ who believes something that pops up on the internet that fits with your preconceived POV. Have you actually been paying attention to what happen on Facebook, Twitter, and the internet in general with fake news since 2015?!? Try reading a reputable newspaper – not the internet.
Brody
I’m not a fan of Moore’s either, but the timing of these accusations (election) and the past of his accusers (Hillary, lying) reeks of being a hit job capitalizing on the recent groundswell of sexual harassment claims.
GayEGO
Sexual molestation is wrong no matter whether it is during political or other times. But it does need to be investigated to verify that the molestation occurred. It is understandable that embarrassment and lack of knowledge about what is unacceptable, prevents the victims from speaking out. Hopefully now is the time to remove the embarrassment and to teach the victims the consequences if they do not resist the molesters efforts to commit sexual acts against them.
mhoffman953
@1EqualityUSA
I never said I support the guy. I said I think he’s crazy
@JMO
I did read the Washington Post piece and I’m aware that the Washington Post has wrote fake news several times before and that they have an obvious slant with their reporting.
I never said that we should believe everything on the internet just as you shouldn’t immediately believe every accuser in these types of cases until you fully read up on all of it. I stated that I’m on the fence about the accusations. I never said I took a definitive side on this case. Considering the fact that these accusers come forward just weeks before an election seems suspect but I did believe them initially until I read the reports about Deborah Wesson Gibson. Then I became skeptical.
Moore does seem crazy and probably has done something like what’s being alleged but there’s nothing wrong with being skeptical.
1EqualityUSA
Zero respect for you, Hoff. Go away.
mhoffman953
@1EqualityUSA
You never respected me anyway, not that I care. Seems odd that someone with the word “equality” in their name hates diversity of opinion.
No where in what I wrote did I support the guy. Just saying that the timing seems convenient when taken into account that one of the accusers works for his opponent’s campaign and is very anti-Republican.
But 1EqualityUSA, I seem to remember you defending a Democratic mayor when he was accused of molesting young boys by alleging it was a false attempt by the Koch brothers: https://www.queerty.com/openly-gay-seattle-mayor-ed-murray-accused-molesting-15-year-old-boy-20170407
1EqualityUSA
I contended this yesterday too, adding, “Squeaky clean win the race.” What you did in two paragraphs was an attempt to discredit the victim. You are sickening, Republicans, doing the same as you, are too.
1EqualityUSA
It seems odd that a person with the word, “man” in their name would allow himself to sink so low as to defend a child molester. We’re done. You’re gross.
mhoffman953
@1EqualityUSA
The only one defending a child molester is you as evident from the link I posted where you defended the Seattle mayor claiming it was an elaborate hoax from the Koch brothers (even though the victim reported it to police originally when it happened in 1984 – must’ve been a 33 year hoax from the Koch brothers by your logic).
I merely said Moore is a nutty and crazy guy and the allegations seem plausible but these 2 female accusers have some shady backgrounds which may make their intentions suspicious.
Kangol
The reports about Deborah Wesson Gibson are an anonymous smear from FoxNews. They wouldn’t even sign a name to the byline! The man even admitted to a friendly right-wing broadcaster that he “generally” didn’t date teenage girls, but couldn’t be decisive about it. Why? What more do you need to know?
1EqualityUSA
Here’s the comment that has Hoff in a huff, #1 “Your koch bros check will be in the mail.” #2 “Deep pocket money knows 2018 is important. Are they doing deep background checks of Democrats, their competition, to thin out the herd?”

1EqualityUSA
responding to a troll’s twaddle (twice) poof! You’re done.
Jaxton
George Takei has now been hit with allegations. OMG.
mhoffman953
@Jaxton
Surely Queerty will report this sometime today, right? I mean it’s been 12 hours since your comment was posted and they haven’t reported it yet
Notright
I’m not pal of Roy Moore but this is a bit ridiculous. I bet he’s probably messed with a few 16-17 year olds before as well. It’s kinda normal just most people won’t admit it.
GayEGO
This is about sexual molestation, regardless of gender, and every victim needs to stand up and expose their predators and make it a big, Breaking News report, we must learn and advance to be more loving and inclusive, not forceful and negative as sexual molestation is.
Paco
Alabamy republicans rather elect an accused child molester than a democrat, because jeebus and the evangelical religion of hypocrisy says it’s okay to molest children as long as you finish on your knees asking to have the day’s sins wiped away before beginning a new rampage of sins the next day.

So many people relating their (justifiable) outrage at Roy Moore’s behavior. Meanwhile, the gay media is falling over themselves praising a movie (‘Call Me By Your Name’) where a thirty-something seduces a teenager. The double-standard makes me cringe.
