Alex Trebek is not here to play — that’s a job for contestants on Jeapordy, the show beloved by all grandparents that he has has helmed for an impressive 32 years, though sadly sans mustache for the last 15.
One contestant recently went face-to-face with Trebek’s cutthroat realness, and man, we wouldn’t want to cross this guy in a dark alleyway.
The host was conducting a routine contestant interview with Susan Cole, a legislative librarian from Bowie, Maryland. Sweet, innocent Susan didn’t know whom she was dealing with.

With a smile on her face, she told Trabek about her passion for ‘nerdcore hip-hop,’ wherein she and her friends rap about the things they love — “video games, science fiction, having a hard time meeting romantic partners — it’s really catchy and fun.”
“Losers, in other words,” Trebek fired back without missing a beat.

Let’s talk reality here (something you might have heard of at some point). Who actually litigates to prevent that sort of thing from happening? A LEFTIST GROUP CALLED THE ACLU. And they don’t give a shit about the politics of those they defend. Who fought against employment protection for LGBT people (and still does), who fought against LGBT people in the military? Who supports the right of “people of faith” to discriminate against whoever they choose for whatever reason the choose?
It ain’t the left, it is your folks all the way. And really now, you need to look at your definition of diversity. It does not mean kowtowing to those who hate you. Nor does tolerance mean accepting other’s discrimination. You and your buddies have no idea how much folks here laugh at you do you?

Once I learned that the arrogant Trebek watched only FOX news, I dropped him. I followed the small Jeopardy final question in the NYTimes, the finest newspaper in the world, daily. It gives the category and the question. The correct answer appears in the next issue but is only M–F. Trebek has all the correct questions on those little notecards and rehearses pronunciations. “Losers?” Isn’t that a Trump term?

That is correct. but reality is of no concern to you. The times is liberal in the sense that they are even handed and impartial in their reporting. Unlike the alt-right stuff you like. I didn’t respond to your post regarding the times, as I almost never read your responses these days. They are usually based on your imagination of that of someone else on the far-far right.
