Antoine Dodson Has Officially Produced An Heir, Vows To “Help” Son Be Straight

Father and son

God help us. It’s finally happened. In addition to converting to the Hebrew Israelite faith, Antoine Dodson is no longer gay, and, on top of that, he has become a father.

Over the weekend, the “hide ya kids, hide ya wife, hide ya husbands … cause they rapin’ everybody out here” neighborhood watchman tweeted a picture of himself and his newborn son, along with the caption: “He’s here, I’m officially a dad, 6 lbs 7 oz 19 in long!!”

Yesterday, Dodson told TMZ he believes the “gay lifestyle” is “wrong” and “anti-religious.” He also said that if his son grows up to be gay, he will love him regardless.

“I wouldn’t be shocked because I lived that life before,” Dodson said. “I would try and get him help.”

He continued: “Even if he couldn’t be fixed it doesn’t matter because I still support him no matter what.”

Isn’t that sweet?

Congratulations, Antoine. (And good luck, little baby.)

Am over it I thought it was funny he is “ex ” gay but after so many arguments about what people are, aren’t, label themselves, who are we to deny him his right to be straight.

  • Roan

This hot mess reproduces, and yet I need a license to own a dog.

  • Nowuvedoneit

@Roan: cuz dogs are better than children J/K.

  • KDub

Well the gay lifestyle is anti-religious; he’s right about that. I really don’t see why gay people seem so mad that he doesn’t want to be gay. Congrats to him on the baby!

  • money718

This is disgusting. I never understood why this ghetto trash keeps getting publicity.

  • Cee

This guy is ignorant and uneducated. Please stop reporting on him.

  • Teeth

I wonder how much public assistance money we will spend on it and it’s spawn.

  • Ihadtosayit

He is simply making a name and yes money for himself while using the internet and his child to do so…nothing more…or am I thinking of the Kardashians…

  • JennyFromdabloc

Sad, pathetic man. It is even more sad that he is raising a child.

  • Cam

Yeah….he’s straight. This is the same sad B.S. that every Ex Gay does. They think that if they learn how to throw a ball and knock some girl up it means they aren’t gay.

Nope, just means you’re a gay guy who can throw a ball and lied to a girl.

  • LubbockGayMale

Guys like this are just horndogs who will get it on with who-ever is handy! For a LONG time he had it easy being gay and getting laid, but that dried up and now he’s turning to women? No, he hasn’t ‘straightened’ up, but his fame let’s him get ladies he never could before!

  • Stache99

@KDub: Please cite your BS facts and I havn’t heard from anyone that’s actually mad that Coo Coo boy is wanting to be straight.

  • BrianZ

@LubbockGayMale: I shudder to imagine what whore’s doors were open to him before his 15 minutes, much less the ones after. But, bless his heart for staying stupid. I do look forward to the nasty TMZ interview when he slips and falls ass-first on a dick.

  • Stache99

This freak is doing whatever it takes to stretch out his 5 minutes of fame from years ago.

  • spencer87

    ………………..Uh ok.

  • Dez

I don’t care about this idiot Dodson, but the story speaks to a larger issue of gay men being brainwashed/bullied into being straight. I guarantee the homophobia of the black community and the brainwash/bullying of females and church folk around him convinced him that he needs to be straight. I’d be disgusting mad at his sentiment if it wasn’t so disgustingly sad. Do women who get pregnant by closet cases actually think he’s turning straight?! They’re such morons if they do. Living a lie only shortens and cheapens your life.

    Pray for that child.

  • NiceNCool1

    Poor self-hating gay man.

  • money718

@Dez: Dez, you are exactly right.

  • Nowuvedoneit

@Dez: I find it interesting many gays feel that way. I to care less about Dobson but if he says he’s straight why isn’t he believed? Maybe I have lurked to much on Reddits TIA but there’s a whole bunch of people claiming to be transgendered bisexual women, men and that pen1ses aren’t male but female appendages. No one is telling them in the gay community they can’t be females because they have penises still. If one person decides or has come to whatever realization that they straight is that any less truthful than what others say they are and feel deep down?

  • Nowuvedoneit

@Nowuvedoneit: I like to look at all sides and to me it doesn’t matter what you think of yourself. Everyone is a human being worthy of respect or at least tolerance.

  • DarSco

It is HARD to be a Black openly gay man! Blacks are just as hateful as any other race we try to justify it by using religion. I have yet to see a Rev.Chickenwing talk about The Sister with five (5) kids, four (4) baby daddies and no husband or the Brother who sleeps around on Friday nite then praises G-d in church on sun.
This Queen Ms. Twan is not that easy on the eyes and let some fool convince her that she is str8! She is heading str8 ….. straight to the next big DxxK she can fit in her bum lol

  • Ihadtosayit

@DarSco: “I have yet to see a Rev.Chickenwing talk about The Sister with five (5) kids, four (4) baby daddies and no husband or the Brother who sleeps around on Friday nite then praises G-d in church on sun.”—you do not want to anger a huge percentage of your congregation…

As a black gay man that has lived openly since I was 15 years old from the South Side of Chicago…I was always impressed with the level of hypocrisy and lies that were spread…

There are many black gay men that are well adjusted and have decided to not participate in this theatrical show of smoke and mirrors…

  • Teeth

All the joking aside, aren’t you glad you aren’t him? Yikes. hard life.

  • Dxley

Well, what do you know… Congrats to him, whoever he is!

    Poor guy looks traumatised!

Probably the first time he’s seen that vag with the light on…and there’s a fucking human head coming outta it!!! o_O

  • KDub

@Stache99: Well since you asked so nicely…all the LGBT sites hung up on reporting anything this kid (who hasn’t done anything noteworthy) does. I just don’t get all the antagonism and vitriol. It’s life, so he can do whatever he wants.

  • Stache99

@KDub: He can just go quietly into the night but of coarse that takes the lime light away. This train wreck is only interested in publicity doing whatever it takes. Before this he was the darling of the right wing sites for being the gay man who praised Chik Fil A. Now he’s the religious Ex Gay playing daddy. What do you expect people to do but roll their eyes.

  • KDub

@Stache99: Soooooo just like I said, you are mad and concerned with what he does. You know his whole bio. Get a life, buddy. lol

  • Sebizzar

    *insert eyeroll GIF*

  • DarkZephyr

My God that’s an odd looking man.

  • DarkZephyr

@KDub: I don’t care that he wants to say he’s straight but I do care that he preaches that being gay is wrong.

  • Stache99

@KDub: ..or maybe trying to understand someone instead of just preaching your own personal opinions ie BS.

  • KDub

@DarkZephyr: Uhhh if you’re really that threatened or offended by this guy’s views, you have bigger issues than he does.

@Stache99: Lol @ “trying to understand” Antoine Dodson. Get laid, Stache.

  • DarkZephyr

@KDub: Nope, the preaching of hatred against LGBT people that encourages others to see us as “less than” and thus making it easier for them to dehumanize us in their minds is quite big enough of an issue for me, thank you very much. And as an enabler and encourager of it, you are part of the problem.

  • Heyguy

    He’s relevant now? LOL.

I remember I was in teen in few years ago, I met guy came from ex-gay religion organization whatever they called it, he was tried convey me to straight in online, so I invited him to my home to attempt preach me and end up I banged him. He was from being bible thumper to total raging bottom…Is such thing as ex gay existed in these days? ;)

  • TampaBayTed

WTF is Antoine Dodson? I feel sorry for the child if this guy is really the father.

  • Nowuvedoneit

Wow this has gone 41 comments.

  • Joincny

I think people who are so religious are weak minded. Religion is their crutch.

  • DarSco

@Nowuvedoneit: because no one can believe Lady miss queen twan actually opened up her pie hole for something other than a hard one lol

  • Black Pegasus

I feel so very sorry for the child. The unfairness of life can be especially cruel when it’s your own parent who’s helping to inflict the pain.

  • DickieJohnson

This is every kind of sad! Is Antoine married to the mother, or is he just another “baby daddy”? Let us pray the baby’s genetics aren’t too messed up. Hopefully, Twan won’t have much custody.

  • Billy Budd

I hope the child will be a very feminine transexual.

  • Tackle

It never fails here at Queerty. The one thing that you can always count on. A storyaabout one Black man, somehow turns into the
so-called Black community. I’m still searching for this mythological
community where ALL these Black folks think alik, act alike, and I guess look alike, with some varying degrees, when someone finds this community, let me know. And on top of that, they are supposed to be the owners of homophobia. I find that strange, because this country is over 70% White. And if the majority wss so open and accepting, of homosexuality, it just seems to me we would have had gay rights, privileges and equality a long time ago? And I also find it odd that the Black community can be bought up on this post, and the post over about the very homophobic “Thrice- Divorced Florida

Attorney: Pam Bondi”,race/community is completely left out of it by posters? And the foolishness about the Church having an impact on the so-called Black community. How is this even possible when the majority of Blacks don’t even attend church? And about Rev.Chickenwing speaking on the pathologies of Black folks,
Jessie Jackson ( no fan of his) has spoken out about this subject through the yrs. And about life being hard as a gay Black man. Life is hard regardless of ones race or sexual orientation period. And I guess I’m not surprised of the hypocrisy of some of the above poster.

  • Nowuvedoneit

@Tackle: A lot of the posts did seem to have a tinge of hostility towards Dodsons socioeconomic status and skin color. But it it’s what it is, as I’ve pointed out in some other posts “Do as I say not as I do.” mentality that has seeped into people’s attitudes.

  • money718

@Tackle: C’mon Tackle, give it a rest. The facts are this dude is an example of what is wrong in black America. I don’t like it, you don’t like it but it is what it is.

“And the foolishness about the Church having an impact on the so-called Black community. How is this even possible when the majority of Blacks don’t even attend church? And about Rev.Chickenwing speaking on the pathologies of Black folks..”

Do you even believe that? C’mon now.

  • Mr C

Ummmm Money 718 sorry you’re wrong and talk about facts and low lives. Did you hear about Big Earls in Texas where the owners daughter told a gay couple “we don’t serve [email protected]” they’re white! Also Marcus Bachmann and those gay reparative therapy those folks are white too. All those state politicians in Mississippi, Idaho, Arizona who wrote discriminative laws to BAN Gays from establishments they’re white too. IT IS WHAT. IT IS! Isn’t it?

  • GeriHew

If Antoine hadn’t gotten religion then he could just say – “I’m a proud bisexual dad, and my love for my son is unconditional” – and leave it at that.

  • Daniel-Reader

In order to follow that desert faith he has to tell his son that his son is cursed by a supernatural creature because of what his ancestors allegedly did and must beg forgiveness from that creature his entire life. Superstition in the form of religion is just sexual abuse under a different guise.

  • Stefano

I feel so sorry for him. He is so convinced that he has to deny who he is to be accepted. God is just an excuse for him to make that decision livable. He will transmit his frustration and self-loathing to his child just like his entourage did.

  • Stefano

    @Daniel-Reader : Religion is superstition.

  • MMDD

@KDub: Bullshit. What’s “anti-religious” is individuals like you who judge an entire group of people. I know multitudes of deeply religious and spiritual gay folks. Their “lifestyle” doesn’t contradict their religion at all.

  • Boytoy

A self loathing brainwashed queen is not fit to properly raise a child.I wish that little boy luck.

  • Kieran

Eureka!! A baby!! That means more food stamps and public assistance.

  • Tookietookie123

@KDub: The gay “lifestyle”(i always hated that word) is not anti-religious. Religion is anti-gay. We were hated by religion long before we hated them.

  • KDub

@MMDD: Religious beliefs of any kind are generally frowned upon and antagonized by the gay community; that’s what I was referring to and probably what Dodson meant as well. It’s definitely true. I wasn’t “judging” gay Christians (as I happen to be one). Try to actually understand a comment before hopping all over it.

  • KDub

@Tookietookie123: Anti-religious means opposition to religion. You’ve already admitted to generally hating a whole demographic, so that’s exactly what you are. lol You’re really no different from a homophobe.

  • Stefano

@KDub : so for you, ‘gay lifestyle’ means anti-religious ? Really? I’m gay and an atheist and i don’t hate Christians. I just want them to leave me alone and stop telling me what to do with my life or that my’lifestyle’ is wrong. Young believe in god? Good for you. The end.

  • MMDD

@KDub: Actually, you just need to do a much better job of expressing yourself clearly. Saying “the gay lifestyle is anti-religious” sounds just like something you’d hear in a fundamentalist church on a Sunday morning.

  • Stache99

@KDub: What does gay even have to do with it? I’m an atheist who uses logic and reason to explain the world. I would be the same way whether gay or straight.

I admit I don’t understand people that throw logic away for what they call faith but I don’t hate Christians. Just completely baffled by it.

  • KDub

@Stefano: It’s not just Christians. There’s just as much against Jews and Muslims too. The gay community is notoriously anti-religious. It’s just an unfortunate fact. You and Tookie can come up with as many justifications for your aversions as you please. Every -ist, -phobe and anti- feels their reasons are valid. ;)

  • KDub

@MMDD: I was quite clear in my wording, which is evidenced by the fact that you’re the only one that misunderstood. Your misunderstanding clearly came from not even knowing what anti-religious means, and it seems you still don’t quite get it. Nothing I can do about your comprehension skills (or lack thereof). *shrug*

  • Stefano

@Stache99 : you are absolutly right.

@MMDD : right in the target.

  • KDub

@Stache99: There’s a difference between atheist and anti-religious. However, if someone said they were “completely baffled” by homosexuality, bet you’d probably call them a homophobe. Like I said, the gay community is anti-religious by the same logic it uses to accuse others of homophobia.

  • KDub

@Tackle: This is one of the few times I agree with you, Tackle. They do the same thing to people of faith. One theist does or says something bad, and all theists are on trial. Amazing/laughable how these guys do the exact same things they point the finger at other demographics for doing (but clearly don’t like when that finger is pointed back t the gay community). lol

  • Stefano

@KDub : i understand your point of view but i disagree with you. 1) i’m not sure that all gays are anti-religious…but i know that most religions (and i’m not saying religious people, notice the difference) are anti-gay. 2) i’m not the entire gay community, i’m just me, a humain being 3) if you think that It is justify to be homophobe because some gays hate religious people, i have nothing more to say to you. This is my last comment on that.

  • Heyguy

@KDub: Majority of us got nothing against the religious we just against a bigotry in religious who has been gunning us down all the way. Duh.

  • Blackceo

Co-sign with all of that. We seem to have many experts on the Black community here. Of course, like you said….not surprising on this site. Where are some of you getting this so called knowledge about a community I’m guessing you probably dont know shit about except what is regurgitated by blog authors who also dont know that much about it. The generalizations are just less than smart. When you use the phrase “the Black comminity” your ass better be Michael Eric Dyson or someone similar. Otherwise, take several seats.

  • MMDD

@KDub: I clearly comprehend that you’re an asshole. ‘Nuff said.

  • KDub

@Stefano: I disagree with your disagreement. You and Stache (as well as the members Tackle was addressing) are being very hypocritical.

@Heyguy: Like I said before, every -ist, -phobe and anti- feels their reasons for their aversion towards their least favorite demographic are valid.

@MMDD: Adults only resort to name-calling when they feel defeated, so I take your reply as nothing but a compliment. :)

  • MMDD

@KDub: Of course. That’s what assholes like you do when they feel defeated.

  • Stefano

@MMDD : don’t feed him. He is a manipulator. He only says things to create negative emotions and make you feel bad about yourself.

  • MMDD

@Stefano: Oh, I realize that. Most of the time I ignore such trolls, but on occasion I engage them just for mild amusement. And believe me, there is no way somebody like that will ever make me feel bad about myself.
