Holy shit. The center FA with the stache could be Mr. Glücklich’s doppelgänger ten years ago.

Gay men are better at ALL jobs, except when they aren’t.
D P
Is that real, or was it staged? It doesn’t seem real to me.

Every time they bring in a temp and he’s a gay man, I know the work or project will be done perfectly. Often, gay men who start as temps wind up being hired permanently. It is a fact.

At what jobs are gay men better?
– Blow.

IRL, we are better because we HAVE to be. i was a telphone lineman and two types of oustside plant technician for over 25 years at a major US telecom provider. damn they hate gay peeps at that place. due to an overzealous female boss, i was forced to come out at work very early in my technical career. the next day, people who were my friends before, wanted nothing to do with me and when i needed assistance in the field, suddenly no one was available to help. there was one guy who stuck with me thru all that shit and he is one of my best friends today. i had to be a better tech than the others not only because of the homphobic pricks i worked with, for me it was about doing the best job i could DESPITE work trying to demoralize me to quit. fuck them, i never quit and ended up getting more commendations than anyone i worked with. for me anyways, that’s what i did and i know im a better person than them cause not once did i stoop to their level. buncha fuckin pricks though.

@scotty:
Interesting point. I wonder if my career would have gone any differently if I were straight. Any speculation would be skewed, though, by my being a raging workaholic and enjoying from a really young age the type of work and “office jobs” everyone my age seems to hate.
