The latest lawsuit brought against Bruno star Sacha Baron Cohen has been thrown out of court. Richelle Olson had sued the British actor/prankster for injuries sustained during the filming of the faux documentary, when “Bruno,” Cohen’s flaming Austrian fashionista, invaded her charity bingo game.
The 2nd District Court of Appeals ruled on Monday that Cohen was exercising his right to free speech in June 2009, when Olson fell trying to have him and his camera crew ejected, and that Cohen wasn’t responsible for her injuries. (Or whatever the exact legal terminology is for, “You brought that shit on yourself, bitch.”)
Olson had originally allowed Cohen to film, but demanded he leave when he started making gay innuendos.
“I 69,” anyone?

It’s kind of a shame, she had to suffer being in the awful Bruno movie rather than the funny Borat one.
