Bryan Fischer is fumed. What else is new?
This week, the AFA’s most notorious nutjub took the time to tell Focal Point viewers about the “military Bible stick” program, a service that offers the New Testament in audiobook form to servicemembers that want one.
Shortly after, Fischer went on a tirade, as he does, claiming that the repeal of DOMA has forced Christians out of the military and “opened the door for hypermasculine, aggressive homosexuals” to take over. He somehow assimilates a mass homosexual takeover to the fall of Ancient Greece, which obviously happened because Ancient Greece had an aggressive, hypermasculine homosexual military that courted “young male lovers.”

I could only listen to about a third of the clip. OMG…the homosexual agenda, the hypermasculine homosexual in the military (because one would have to be “hyper” to be in the military, I guess), gay weddings in the chapel… Where does he come up with this stuff? The last time I looked the country has not fallen into the dark pits of hell because the DOMA was rejected. Idiotic, religious-fueled nonsense based on self-hatred and fear of the unknown. What a jackass!

Where does he get his info? You wouldn’t know because he never says. He just spouts a bunch of numbers and hopes that nobody will notice that he could just be making it all up. The only source he mentions is the Huffington Post and he never mentions the author’s name. He must be hoping that at least some of his listeners that will just take him at face value and believe every word he says. The sad thing is is that there probably are a lot of people that do listen to him and believe him.
