Great news for caffeine addicts. Keep those pots of coffee brewing because your daily dose of java is making your penis a magic wonder wand. At least according to a new study from the University of Texas.
4,000 men participated in the study, which measured how coffee consumption affected their bedroom performance.

Researchers observed that guys who drank two cups of coffee per day were 42 percent less likely to suffer from erectile dysfunction. Three cup drinkers were 39 percent less likely to experience ED.

1. Eggs

5. Oatmeal
Not only does eating oatmeal increase testosterone levels, giving an added boost to a man’s sex drive, but it contains L-arginine, an amino acid that helps relax muscles around blood vessels in the penis, Men’s Health reports.

“The results of a study published recently in PLOS ONE found that men who consumed between 85 and 170 milligrams of caffeine a day were 42 percent less likely to report ED, while those who drank between 171 and 303 milligrams of caffeine a day were 39 percent less likely to report ED compared to those who drank zero to seven milligrams a day. This trend was also true among overweight, obese and hypertensive men.”

Grapefruit is great but it’s known for messing with the metabolism of many prescription medications… so if you’re taking any prescriptions, check with your pharmacist or provider before you start eating grapefruit or drinking grapefruit juice every day. In some cases it’s been known to double or triple the blood levels of certain meds.

I’m glad caffeine doesn’t make me jittery; it just gives me energy, stamina, as well as lifts my mood. I swear by its mood lifting ability.
Also, I eat eggs and oatmeal every day. Every. Day. No problems with cholesterol. If I ate meat and fish, I’d be all over the lox.
